Ukrainian Grandmaster (2001). Ukrainian Champion in 2004. Ukraine U12 Champion in 1997 and 1998. First in the World U12 in 1998. World best rated U20 in 2005. Member of the National Team which won the gold medal in the 2004 Olympiad. World Champion U14 (shared) in 2000 and silver medal in the World Championship U12. Won or shared first in Bad Wiessee 2000, St. Vincent 2002, Batumi Open 2003, Biel Masters 2005 and Lausanne Young Masters 2005. In a match, he beat Timman 2½-1½ in 2005. Participated in the World Championship 2001 and the 2001 European Team Championship. Best ELO: 2692 in 2010.
