Soviet chess composer, International Master for Chess Compositions (1979).

The editor of the chess column of the newspaper Baku.

Since 1926, has published more than 100 etudes and 20 problems, 50 of them were marked with distinctions including ten first prizes. He died in 1986 at Baku.
