Bulgarian Grandmaster (1972). Civil Engineer. Champion of Bulgaria in 1971, 1974, 1977, 1980 and 1981.

Radulov has participarted in eight times Olympiads as a member of the national team. In 1968 he was awarded a bronze medal for the third-best individual performance at board 5.
