Romanian International Master and Women Grandmaster (1995). World U10 Girls Champion in 1988, World U12 Girls Champion in 1990, World U14 Girls Champion 1991 and World U18 Girls Champion in 1995. Eight times Romanian Women Champion in 1994, 1995, 1997, 2000, 2004, 2007, 2008 and 2009.
Best results: European Zonal 1999, 1st; Banesque Women GM, 1st. Quarter-finalist at the 2000 Women’s World Championship.
A member of the national team which won the European Women’s Team Championship in 1999. She has participated in seven Olympiads between 1992 and 2008 where she was awarded two individual silver medals for second best performance at board three in 1994 and at board two in 2004.
Best ELO: 2485 in 2003.
