Neukomm Gyula R. (1892 – 1957)
Hungarian composer and author of (about) 750 compositions mainly two- or three-movers. He became an International Judge in 1956.
He co-authored with Kovacs and Schor of a dictionary on problem terminology Feladvany Muszotrin 1926.
He was the chief editor of the magazine Magyar Sakkvilag and President of the problem section of the FIDE magazine in the 1950’s.
