2007 In Ekaterinburg Russia, China won the first Women’s World Team Championship ahead of Russia and Ukraine.
2012 In Moscow at the State TRETYAKOV Gallery, the World Chess Championship sponsored by Andrey Filatov ended after 12 games with classical time control in a draw 6:6, so the Champion was determined during the tie-break. The players had to play four games with the time control of 25 minutes till the end with an incrementof 10 seconds after each move. Anand beat Gelfand in the second game and remained the World Chess Champion
