Russian International Master (2007) and Woman Grandmaster (2001). Korbut was the World Girls U20 Champion in 2004 and the Russian Women’s Champion in 2006. Russian U20 Champion in 2003 and 2004.
Best results: She was third in the Russian women championship in 2003, and winner of FINEC in Saint Petersburg in 2006.
A participant in the 2008 Women Olympiad and a member of the Russian women team which won the European Women Team Championship in 2007 where she was awarded a silver medal for the second best performance at board five.
Married with a child, she didn’t play chess since the end of 2008.
