Spanish Grandmaster (2006) born in Uzbekistan.

Khamrakulov was the World U16 and Asian U16 Champion in 1998. He also won the bronze at the Spanish Championship in 2007.

Best results: North West Cup (GER) 2001, 1^st; Valencia Open 2001, 1^st; Malaga Open 2004, 1^st; Sevilla Open 2005, 1^st-2^nd; Salou and La Roda Open 2007, 1^st and Benidorm Open 2007, 1^st.

A participant in the 2007 European Team Championship and in the 2008 Olympiad. Best ELO: 2604 in 2007.
