German International Master (1997) and Woman Grandmaster (1996) born in Georgia who immigrated to Germany in 1993. Graduated in journalism. World U20 Girls Champion in 1989 and 1990, USSR U16 Champion in 1986.

Best results: World Girls U16 1986, 2^nd; Azov Interzonal 1990, 1^st; Ptuj Zonal 1995, 1^st; Kishinev Interzonal 1995, 2^nd; Tapolce 1987, 2^nd-3^rd; Tbilisi 1987, 6^th-8^th.   She participated in the Candidates Tournament in Borjomi 1990 (GEO) and in Groningen 1997, and she also played in the World Chess Championship in 2004.

A participant in the Women Olympiads and in the Women European Team championships since 1994. In 2001 at the European Championship, she was awarded a gold medal for the best individual result at board one.
