Graf Alexander (25.08.1962)

German Grandmaster born in Uzbekistan who immigrated in Germany in 2000. German Champion in 2004, Vice Champion of Germany in 2000 and 2001 and 4 times Uzbek Champion. Graf was gold medallist for best individual result at board 3 at the 1992 Olympiad. Vice Champion of USSR U20 in 1981 and bronze medal at the European Championship in 2003.

Best results: won or shared first at Capelle la Grande 1996, Geneva Open 1997, Dubai 1997, Groningen 1997, Calcutta, Bad Weisser 2000, Skopje 2002, Xose Henrique Rodriguez Pena Memorial (ESP), Kavala Open 2008, Apolda Open 2009, Bad Wiesee 2010, Staufer Open 2011, Leipzig Open 2015 and 2016.

A participant in the  Olympiads for Uzkekistan (1992-1994) and for Germany (2002-2006). A participant in the 2004 World Championship.
