SWISS SYSTEM

A method of pairing participants of an open tournament, first used in Zürich in 1895. The basics rules are: -No player may meet the same opponent twice. -Pairing shall be done by groups with the players and opponents having similar scores as much as possible. At the end of the each round, the players should have an equal number of white and black as possible.
