INTERNATIONAL SOLVING GRANDMASTER
A title created by FIDE in 1982 and awarded to solver who made a norm 3 times (at least once at the WCSC or ECSC) and achieve a rating of 2600 WFCC ELO. To obtain a norm a solver must achieve a minimum performance rating 2650 WFCC ELO. By the end of 2010, WFCC has awarded 27 titles.
