Russian-born Dutch Grandmaster (2009). Dutch Champion in 2009, 2011, 2012 and 2015. Russian Champion U12. He met his final grandmaster norm at the age of 14 years, 7 months and 2 days. It is worth to say that he gained the GM title without acquiring an IM title first.

A participant in the Olympiads since 2010. In 2010 and in 2014, he was awarded an individual bronze medal for the third best performance.
He is married with IM Sopiko Guramishvili from Georgia.
