Ghaem Maghami Ehsan (11.08.1982)
Iranian Grandmaster (2001). Graduate of Law School. Ehsan Ghaem Maghami was the first Grandmaster in Iranian chess history.
Ehsan won 14 Asian medals, including the individual and team Asian club championship. Best Iranian player with 9 national titles, the last one in 2010. Tenth at the U20 World Junior Championship 2000.

Ehsan set a new world record of 604 boards for Simultaneous Chess Exhibition by an individual. The simultaneous exhibition took 25 hours from 8th to 9th February 2011 at the sports stadium of the Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran. The final results were 580 wins, 16 draws and 8 losses for a total score of 588 out of 604 or 97.35 percent.
