Fox Charles Masson (09.11.1866 – 11.10.1935)
English problemist who composed 900 fairy problems, won many prizes and was mentioned many times in Tourneys. Fox was Britain’s leading helpmate composer and perhaps the second most important British figure (after T.R. Dawson) in unorthodox composition at the time. 200 of his best problems were selected and published in the book C.M. Fox, His Problems published by Dawson in 1936.
