Flear Glenn Curtis (12.02.1959)

Flear’s major victory was his unexpected performance at the Super London 1986 (XIII) ahead of the top players at the time. He was then invited to be a member of the English Olympiad team 1986.  Married to the French Women’s Champion, Christine Leroy, he decided to move to Montpellier in France.

Other victories includes: Bunde 1985, Gausdal and Brussels 1987, Dundee 1991, Avoine 1993, Neuchatel 1998, Saint-Affrique Open 2010, Montpellier 2011.

A participant for England in the 1986 Olympiads and in the 1985 World Team Championship. Coach of the French national women team since 2009.
