French Grandmaster (2007). French Junior Champion 2007 with a score of 9:9 and was vice-champion of the European U16 Championships 2007. Blitz French Champion in 2010.

A member of the national team at the 2009 European Team Championship and at the 2010 Olympiad where he was awarded a gold medal for the best performance at board five.However, a disciplinary committee of the French chess federation determined that Feller had cheated by making moves indicated to him by French team captain GM Arnaud Hauchard, who received computer recommendations in text messages from IM Cyril Marzolo. Feller received a 3-year ban followed by 2 years of community service with the federation or another association. Later, FIDE found him guilty of breaches of the code of ethics, banning him from playing in FIDE-rated events for 2 years and 9 months from 1 August 2012. Feller also had to return his gold medal and prize money.
