Russian International Arbiter (1997). Graduated from Sport Institute of Moscow (chess) in 1975. A member of FIDE Qualification Committee (1994-2004), ECU Board member (1998-2004), Deputy President of ECU (2003-2004), Vice-President of Russian Chess Federation (1995-2003).
A member of the Organizing Committee of the Olympiads of Moscow (1994) and the Olympiads of Elista (1998), Women World Chess Championship (Moscow, 2001), Match “Russia vs. Rest of the World” (Moscow, 2002) and the Kremlin star’s (1994, 1995, 1996).
Deputy Chief Arbiter at the World Chess Championships of Las Vegas (1999), New-Delhi (2000) and Tripoli (2004).
