U.S. Grandmaster (1987) born in Estonia who is living in the USA since the early 2000’s. Graduate in Psychology and author. Former FIDE Delegate and President of the Baltic Chess Zone. European Junior Champion 1982-83 and Pan American-Continental Championship 2008.

Best results: winner at Zagreb Interzonal 1987, Tallinn, Vilnius, Belgrade and Clermont-Ferrand in 1989, Reggio Emilia 1990, Terrassa, Logrono and Komotini in 1991, New York Open, Novosibirsk, Rakvere in 1993, Saint Petersburg, New York in 1994, San Roque in 1996, Pula in 1997, Zonal 1.7 in 2000 and many US Opens.
