Austrian International Master (1955) born in Hungary.
Austrian Champion in 1954, 1956 and 1977. He was awarded a gold medal for the best individual score on board 2 at the 1958 Olympiad. Certainly, unusually, Duckstein has defeated three world champions (Euwe, Botvinnik, and Spassky)!
