Hungarian Grandmaster (1999), Hungarian Champion in 1969.

Best results: Won or shared first at  Luxembourg 1961 and 1971, Reggio Emilia 1960/61, Polanica Zdroj 1965. Also, the second at Luxembourg Open 1971 and at Budapest 1966 and 1973. Retired from active chess since 1998.

A participant in the European Team Championships in 1965, 1967 and 1970.

Peak rating: 2445 in 1978.
