Czech Correspondence Grandmaster. Chytilek holds a Ph.D. in political science and currently works as an Associate Professor and a Vice-Dean of Social Studies at the Masaryk University in Brno.
Also an OTB player with an ELO of 2411, he was a member of the national at the Mitropa Cup in 2006.
In 2010 he has a correspondence ELO of 2688. Since 2015 he is the best ranked on the ICC ELo list.
