U.S. Grandmaster (1970) born in Australia, a journalist and a commentator. Browne was a professional poker player since the early 1970s.
Six-time U.S. Champion in 1974, 1975, 1977, 1980, 1981 and 1983 and U.S. Senior Champion in 2005. Pan-American Champion in 1974.
A participant in the Olympiads from 1974 until 1982.
