Filipino Grandmaster (1993). Asian Rapid Champion in 1988 and 1994, Filipino Champion in 1990 and 2016.

A participant in the Olympiads since 1988. Bronze medalist in the ASEA championship in 2001 and in the Asian individual in 2009. A member of the winning team at the Asian Club Team Championship in 2004.
