Spanish Grandmaster (2007) playing for some time for Andorra. Andorra Champion in 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006. Spanish Youth Champion in 1993. Best results: Sevilla Open 2000, 1^st; EIKM GM 2003, 2^nd; Andorra Open 2004, 5^th-13^th; Spanish championship 2005, 6^th; Sants Open 2009, 1-2^nd; Balaguer Open 2010, 4-6^th; Barbera del Valles Open 2010, 4-5^th.

At the 2006 Olympiad, he was awarded an individual gold medal for the best performance at board 2.

Best ELO: 2528 in 2010.
