Croatian Grandmaster. Bronze medalist at the German U20 Championship in 1982. German Blitz Champion in 1999.

Won or shared first at Berlin ch. 1985, Budapest 1986, Berlin ch. 1987, Berlin ch. 1989, Badenweiler 1990, Berlin GM in 1999, Cvitanovic Memorial in 2000, Travemuende Open 2003.

For many years he was living in Germany and was playing under the German flag. Best ELO: 2510 in 2000.
