Serbian Grandmaster (1965), journalist and musician. FIDE Senior trainer. Yugoslavia Junior Champion in 1954.

Best results were: equal 1^st with Tal at Sarajevo 1966, equal first in Reggio Emilia 1967, equal 1^st with Lein at Sarajevo 1968, equal 1^st at Sant Felin de Guixols 1975, 1^st at Bern 1976 and Marseilles 1981.

Ciric represented Yugoslavia in two Olympiads. In 1966 (with a 6/6 on board 6) and in 1968 where as a team member he collected a silver medal.

Peak rating: 2440 in 1979.
