Barcenilla-Rogelio-Jr. Filipino Grandmaster (2009) living in USA. Twice Asian Junior champion in 1989 and 1990, former World Junior third placer in 1991. Best results: Cebu GM 1992, 3^rd;Jack Collins GM (USA) 2000, 2^nd; Copper State International, 4^th. A participant in three Olympiads between 1988 and 1992. Best ELO: 2518 in 2009.
