JUNIOR
Chess software developed by the Israeli experts Amir Ban and Shay Bushinsky with the help of Boris Alterman and Alon Greenfeld both Israeli Grandmasters. Junior’s first debut was in the 1995 World Computer Chess Championship, where it shared the third place. Two years later, Junior won the World Micro Computer Championship in Paris 1997. Deep Junior, a stronger version, rated over a 2700 ELO which drew 3:3 in an exhibition match with top world rated Garry Kasparov in New York in 2003 and also drew with the Spanish IGM Illescas with the score 1:1 in 2008.
