Edmar Mednis (1937.13.02.2002) and American Grandmaster and author.
Vadim Malakhatko (1977) a Belgium Grandmaster born un Ukraine who was a member of the gold medal-winning Ukrainian team at the 2001 World Team Chess Championship.
