Alain C. White (1880-23.04.1951), An American chess composer, player, author and philanthropist born in France.
Plater Kazimierz (1915- 30.06.2004) a Polish International Master who was thrice Polish Champion in 1949, 1956, and 1957.
Bachar Kouatly (1958), a French Grandmaster born in Syria who was joint French Champion in 1979. President of the French Chess Federation since 2016.
Christian Gabriel (1975) a German Grandmaster.
Ahbhijt Kunte (1977), an Indian Grandmaster who was British Champion in 2003 and Indian Champion in 1997 and 2000.
Timur Gareyev (1988), an American Grandmaster born in Uzbekistan who is holding the world simultaneous blindfold chess record with 48 board simul (4th December 2016).
Momchil Nikolov (1985), a Bulgarian Grandmaster who was Bulgarian Champion in 2016.

Alexander Tolush (01.05.1910-1969), a Soviet Grandmaster, Honored Coach of the USSR. He worked with Keres, Rudenko, and Spassky.
Stanislav Bogdanovich (1993-2020), a Ukrainian Grandmaster who was U18 Ukrainian champion.
