CmilyteLithuanian Grandmaster (2010) and Women Grandmaster (1999). European Women Champion in 2011. Lithuanian co-Champion in 2000 and 2005. World U12 Girls Champion in 1995, European U10 Girls Champion in 1993, European U12 Champion in 1995. European Women blitz champion 2007. Cmilyte was awarded an individual gold medal for the best score at board one at the 2000 and 2004 Women Olympiads.

Best results: Won or shared first at Paul Keres Memorial (women) in 2001, Corus Reserve Open 2001 and Botvinnik Memorial (women) 2011. Quarter-finalist at the 2004 Women World Championship and semi-finalist in 2006. Vice European Women champion in 2003 and 2008

A participant in the Women Olympiads between 1998 and 2012 and in the (men) Olympiad in 2010.

She was married to Grandmaster Alexei Shirov for seven years then in 2013 2013 Čmilytė married Danish Grandmaster Peter Heine Nielsen. In 2015 become a member of Lithuania’s parliament.
