Kaminer Sergey Mikhailovich (26.08.1908 – 02.11.1938)

Soviet chess composer, one of the founders of the modern study of composition.

He was the editor of chess composition column in “64” in the period 1932-38. Since 1924 has published 65 etudes, 27 of them are awarded with distinctions.

His creative views were published in the article “The Development of the Soviet Etude”.
