KARPOV TOURNAMENT

In Poikovsky, Siberia, the Poikovsky Karpov Tournament has been held yearly since 2000 in honor of the 12th World Champion Anatoly Karpov. Sponsored by the local Governor, the Round Robin Tournament included many of the top leading players. The peak was in 2011 with a category 19.
